Bert Donnes joined StEAM in 1995. He was an active member ever since. Working and participating at all social, spiritual, and fund raising events.

Bert immediately taught us how to build booths faster, and was always a fixture at fair setup.

His unorthodox way of playing cards frustrated many of us, but on several occasions he was "in it in the end".

He enjoyed the time he spent with the Men of StEAM, and it appears the guys did as well.

To honor Bert, and in lieu of flowers, we ask that you donate to the Gus Pumilia Scholarship. These scholarship funds will be given to an outstanding boy and girl in the 7th Grade Class of 2015.

These students are chosen based on their academic, community, and spiritual growth.

We'll all miss Bert, but if you spent time with him, there was always some sort of "Bert moment" that will keep a smile on your face.
